How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please open a support ticket through our client area within the first 30 days of your service activation. Please include your primary domain name and the reason for your cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, or Renewals: Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be reversed.
- VPS Servers and Dedicated Servers: Due to the resources allocated for these services, they are non-refundable.
- SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable.
- Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed).
- Service Add-ons and Setup Fees.
3. Cancellation Process
If you cancel your account after the initial 30 days, you will not be issued a refund for any prepaid fees. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle.
